Whānau Support Group

Whānau Support Group is for families who have a loved one experiencing mental health conditions and/or addiction.

The group offers a safe, non-judgmental environment where individuals facing similar challenges can share experiences, find emotional support, learn coping skills, reduce feelings of isolation, and gain empowerment. New members are welcome to join at any time. Pop in for a cup of tea and a chat with others who understand your journey.
